CNC Multi-axis Milling
Products are produced on the latest Doosan milling machines supplied direct from Mills CNC. High speed material removal is easily achieved and this along with high torque motors allows fact, accurate material removal on many different material types. All milling machines are fitted with Renishaw probing and Contact tool setting. The probing ensures reduced setting times and repeatable process for existing products.
CNC Multi-axis Turning
Doosan machines supplied new from Mills CNC. KID 80 bar feed reduces down time on high volume orders which helps to be competitive in the market place. The extremely ridged machine tools ensure that the Puma series is ideal for use in the removal of tough abrasive material such as Super Duplex stainless steel, Titanium and Inconel. Milling capabilities on the turning centre ensures that parts can be manufactured with less process. This means that tolerances are easier to achieve, reduction in set ups and a much shorter lead time to the customer.
Additional Processes
As well as being a sub-contract machine shop, Endeavor Engineering will also manage any additional process that the customer requires.
This can range from stress relieving, hardening and anodising to grinding shot peening and EDM. We work with quality partners who are also well know and respected within their fields.

Finishing
All orders go through a strict quality control process before delivery to the customer as well as between outside operation. Once manufactured all orders are finished to remove any unwanted sharp edges, checked, cleaned and packed ready for delivery.
CAD CAM Design
Predominantly we are a sub-contract manufacturer but adapting to customer needs are also a high priority for us. If a product or customer problem is presented to us then we will do our best to help in the design (or redesign) to take a part from an idea to a production reality.
CAD CAM Programming
Off line programming is available with more intricate/complicated components. Most file formats are supported.
