  • Aluminium Aircraft Housing

    A high volume product (900 – 1800 off batches) made from 2014 (L168) grade aluminium. Parts supplied to the aircraft industry, servicing a global supplier need.

    Burst Bracket

    A low volume (10 – 100 off) highly tolerance component. A precision piece of engineering with geometric tolerances of 20 microns. Supplied to the motorsport industry, this is a regular product at Endeavor Engineering with 100% customer satisfaction on every delivery.

    Turbine

    R & D components made for a Turbo- jet turbine. Parts supplied to the MOD sector.

  • Magnet Holders

    High volume (1000 – 2000 off) product made from stress relieved aluminium (6082 T651). Full quality inspection carried out along with a critical dimension check on all batches that are delivered. These parts are a critical requirement to the government/cryogenics sector.

    Oil Detection Flange

    Made from super alloys (Duplex and super duplex stainless steel) which are fully traceable and certified from source. As well as supplying a finished product to the customer we also provide a service that ensures all areas of supply are serviced. These components are for the oil and gas (sub sea) industry and are manufactured to the highest standard. Investment in the latest in cutting tool technology is essential when machining tough abrasive materials that require a high standard of finish, the need to produce items competitively and 100% quality.

    Location Studs

    Titanium (TA11) studs with bespoke thread detail. Low volume batches (2 – 20 off) manufactured for a formula 1 team
